The Operations Coordinator will offer coordination and administrative support to the Operations Team based in our Oldmeldrum, Scotland base.

Working across all aspects of the Scottish business providing coordination support to the teams, and administration support where required
Ownership of the Duty Manager Rota
Timesheet management and input
Requisitions and Purchase order processing within internal company system
Support the Field team with stock information input and job card management
Identifying and booking Training/Medicals/Flights/Accommodation as required for Field staff
Allocated field manpower to jobs as required
Compile and refresh up to date Ad-hoc support network details
Management of facility needs such as office supplies, cleaners, inspections
Act as one of the designated fire wardens within the facility
Act as one of the designated first aiders within the facility
